What's a Design Builder? It's a company such as Martin Brothers who has the ability to sit down with You and design every aspect of your Dream Home in house with high end design software.
Most Contractors tell potential clients to search out an Architect to draw up plans. Architects love to put their engineering background to the test, calculating, scaling, and inputting their flair into a design. Once their done, the client pays the Architect and the client receives a set of blueprints. Sounds good!
Unfortunately, the client has no idea in regards to building costs, so when they present it to the Contractor to price out and build; the Client is disappointed with the results, now what?
