Welcome to the Neighborhood!
The Greater Frazier Park Area consists of several unique communities
bundled together to create a variety of scenery and experiences. From the grassy meadows and oak covered golden rolling hills of Tejon Ranch to water sports of all kinds at Pyramid Lake to the snow capped mountains and cross country skiing in Pine Mountain Club, there is something for everyone.
To the North is Digier Canyon, rugged canyons with breathtaking views. Just South of there is Fort Tejon a living monument to the Old West where battle reenactments take place on a regular basis. South yet, is Los Padres Estates in Oneil Canyon and South of that is Lebec which is a wide spread community along the Interstate 5 Freeway.
Lebec Road winds along the the Western edge of Tejon Pass to view large meadows spotted with Tejon Ranch Cattle, Longhorns and California deer. A view of Castac Lake is visible for several miles nestled in a shallow valley where there are vineyard of varieties of Grapes and Artesian wells bubbling out of the ground.
At Frazier Mountain Exit you will experience the majority of the town of Lebec's Commerce but as you begin to move West along Frazier Mountain Park Road you quickly come upon Juniper Ridge, home to Martin Brothers "Premier Build Series" Homes. A select community currently under development of 8-20 acre individually gated Ranches with homes of high end fashion, but more on that later.
Frazier Park is next heading West, a quaint rustic community that centers most of the mountains commerce. Take a drive by the Frazier Park Recreational Area where you can play football, baseball, frisbee, basketball, or even shred at the skateboard park. If you just want to hang out you can spend time with the geese at the pond. Continuing on brings you to Lake of the Woods, a sleepy little bedroom community that is the gateway to two valleys; Lockwood Valley and
Cuddy Valley. Lockwood Valley is a winding journey that takes you to the outer community to the South West where Lockwood Creek provides some fishing and the Off Road trails provides some of the most challenging Four Wheel Trails in Lower Central California. Highway 33 continues into National Forrest and on to Ojai and further on to the Coast.
Cuddy Valley is high end horse property with huge homes and spectacular valley and mountain views. Past Cuddy Valley is another split, to the left winds to the top through national forrest passing by the trail head to McGill Trail one of the more popular Mountain Bike Trails
that takes you all the way to the peak of Mt. Pinos where people gather from around the world to set up telescopes to view some of the most incredible celestial star gazing in the world! To the right at the split leads you on a scenic drive to the pine tree enveloped Pine Mountain Club. Deer, Bears, Coyotes, Mountain Lions, Skunks, and Bobcats all have been seen on this drive. Pine Mountain Club is a favorite for hot rod, motorcycle, and even antique car shows, and PMC hosts the long running Lilac Festival and much more. Great camping and trails await you there as it winds into the surrounding national forrest and on towards the California coast. Whatever your looking for, it's here in the Greater Frazier Park Area.
